Understanding Roles & Permissions

ManRiq Technologies PVT. LTD. uses a strict role hierarchy: a platform root admin at the top, one superadmin per company, and any number of custom roles beneath that.

As a superadmin, you create roles (admin, manager, employee, or anything custom) and decide exactly which permissions each one gets — down to individual actions like "view reports" versus "download reports." The one rule that never bends: you can only grant a role a permission you already hold yourself.

Permissions follow a consistent module.submodule.action naming pattern, so wfh.screenshots.view is always readable at a glance.
