Overview
This policy explains what information ManRiq Technologies PVT. LTD. collects, how it's used, and how it's protected. It applies to the ManRiq Technologies PVT. LTD. platform itself and to tenant companies using it.
Information we collect
Account information: name, email or phone number, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) for anyone with a ManRiq Technologies PVT. LTD. login.
WFH Employee Tracking data (only for tenants with this module enabled, and only while an employee is clocked in): periodic screenshots, keyboard/mouse activity event counts (never keystroke content), active application and browser window titles, visited URLs, and clock in/out timestamps.
Contact and demo request submissions: whatever you enter into a form on this site (name, email, message).
Usage and log data: standard request logs and an internal activity log recording actions taken within your account, for security and audit purposes.
How we use this information
To provide and operate the platform, authenticate logins, generate the reports and dashboards each module is built to produce, respond to support and sales inquiries, and secure the platform against abuse. We do not sell personal data.
Data isolation between tenants
Every tenant company's data is isolated at the database level — a tenant never has access to another tenant's data through normal use of the platform. Platform administrators can only cross that boundary through an explicit, separately audit-logged action.
Data retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. WFH Employee Tracking screenshots are retained according to a setting each tenant controls — either indefinitely or automatically deleted after a configured period.

Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through our Contact page. If you're an employee tracked through a tenant's WFH Employee Tracking module, your employer (the tenant) is the data controller for that tracking data — please contact them directly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
