How does per-module per-user pricing work?
Your monthly subscription fee is calculated simply: Σ (Module Price × Active Users × Months). For example, if you enable WFH Tracking ($4/user) for 20 users, your bill is $80/month. You can add users or enable new modules at any time with prorated billing.
Can I whitelabel the platform with my company branding?
Yes! Every tenant gets custom branding options: custom company subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.domain.com), custom brand colors, logo, favicon, and custom SMTP server configuration so all system emails arrive from your own domain.
Does the WFH tracking app violate employee privacy?
No. ManRiq is strictly designed for transparent productivity. We do NOT log keystrokes or record screens continuously. Screenshots can be blurred tenant-wide to protect sensitive data, and employees have full visibility into when tracking is active.
How does Field Tracking conserve mobile battery?
The Flutter mobile app uses motion-aware background location tracking. When an employee is stationary, GPS frequency reduces automatically. Location pings are batched locally and transmitted periodically, consuming minimal battery.
What happens if employees lose internet connection?
Both our Desktop and Flutter mobile clients include an offline SQLite queue. All tracking pings, timesheets, orders, and photo uploads are queued securely on the device and synchronized with the cloud automatically with exponential backoff once reconnected.
Is there a minimum contract or lock-in period?
No. You can subscribe month-to-month and cancel or adjust seat counts whenever you wish. Your data remains fully exportable in Excel and PDF formats at all times.
