1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for New Tenants
We believe in the demonstrable value of ManRiq. Any new corporate tenant subscribing for the first time is eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of initial payment if the platform does not meet operational requirements. No questions asked.
2. Mid-Cycle Prorated Credits
When an organization removes employee seats or deactivates a module mid-cycle, unused days are calculated on a daily prorated basis and credited toward the tenant's next billing cycle balance.
3. Unscheduled Downtime Credits
In the rare event of service disruption exceeding our 99.99% uptime SLA, financial service credits are automatically generated and applied directly to reduce future monthly subscription invoices.
