How billing works
ManRiq Technologies PVT. LTD. subscriptions are billed per module, per user, per month. Adding users or enabling a new module mid-cycle is prorated for the number of days remaining in your current billing period — you're only charged for what you actually used.
Subscription expiry & grace period
If a subscription isn't renewed, a grace period applies before module access becomes read-only. Your data is never deleted for non-payment, and full access resumes as soon as the subscription is renewed.
Refund eligibility
Because subscriptions are billed monthly and prorated, we generally don't offer refunds for the unused portion of a billing period that has already started. If you believe you were incorrectly charged, or have an exceptional circumstance, contact us — we review these case by case.
